Giselle Bouclé

I was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and am now a student at Belmont University in Nashville, TN majoring in Commercial Music Percussion. In my time at Belmont, I've been a percussionist and drummer in four ensembles: World Percussion, Jazz Band 1, Pops, and Jazz String Septet, and I was televised in Christmas at Belmont as part of the first two ensembles. I'm currently studying with jazz drummer Derico Watson, known for playing with Victor Wooten, and I'm being mentored by accomplished Nashville jazz drummer Sofia Goodman. 

I'm currently the drummer for two bands, Mary and the Matrix and The Fangs, and I also plays drums for many artists such as Tiffany Johnson, Izzy Mahoubi, Laken Campo, Brody Schenk, Molly Seger. I've also played for many other musicians such as Alysia Josephine, Annie Leppert, Hot Head Wave, Scarlett O'Hara, Ella Aven, Elijah Mormon, Sophie Dennison, Emily O'Neal, Ceci Tomé, and Nic Olivo. I've played many iconic Nashville venues like Exit/In, The Basement East, The OG Basement, Eastside Bowl, City Winery, The End, The Eastroom, The Cobra, Drkmttr, UpDown, Electric Jane, and Cafe Coco, and I've played many festivals like Boulevardia (MO), AnythingFest, Sounds from Underground, and Darty1.
